Do Shiloh charge extra for inset cabinetry?

No. We offer flush and two beaded profile options in inset at no upcharge. Modern Inset which removes the intermediate rail between drawers in inset is also available for no up charge. We also offer White Oak at no up charge.

Does Eclipse Cabinetry Offer Grain Matching?

Yes, Eclipse Cabinetry offers Grain-Matching within the cabinet automatically for no upcharge and matching tops and bottoms on wall cabinets.

Where do you ship?

Orders are shipped from WW Wood's Missouri factory to local warehouses across AZ, CA, CO, ID, NM, NV, OR, WA, and more.


What’s the lead time?

5–6 weeks for standard orders. Replacement parts typically arrive in 2–3 weeks.

Can you help with quoting or 2020 design support?

Yes. We’re fully compatible with Cyncly 2020 software, and our reps are trained to assist with quoting, layout review, and pricing strategy.

How do I become a dealer?

Start by contacting us or filling out the form on our homepage. We’ll walk you through product fit, showroom requirements, and if there is a location in our dealer network that would work.

Would there be a minimum requirement?

We look for committed partners with active showrooms and a desire to grow.

Do you offer showroom displays?

Yes. We can help you design and order a custom display to showcase your door samples and cabinetry options.

Do you offer training?

Yes—via in-person visits, Zoom, and our Dealer OS portal, which includes training videos, playbooks, and tools for showroom teams.

Do you have marketing support?

We provide a full Dealer Marketing Toolkit and can collaborate on local ads, social media, showroom signage, and events.
